Sales Director and Co-founder of Caversham Health. After a career in Banking and the Travel Sector, Lucy became a full time carer.  She came to understand the importance of safe and nurturing space and how well designed comfort and mobility products can help improve lives.

A former partner in a global professional services firm, Ian established his own investment platform focused on early stage businesses. This platform, MagicDust Capital, is a principal investor in Caversham.  Ian combines the roles of Finance and Commercial Director. 

Caversham’s Chief Medical Advisor.  A Senior GP and a former hospital consultant and Clinical Commissioning Group clinical advisor.  Dr Wynn is focused with the Founders on creating products that make life easier and more comfortable.

With over forty years of distinguished clinical experience, specialising at the highest levels of wound care and tissue viability, Sue’s background includes serving as the Lead Nurse for Wound Care within the NHS, alongside extensive experience managing private clinical environments and handling complex regulatory compliance.
 

As a widely published researcher, lecturer, and medico-legal expert witness, Sue brings an unparalleled level of clinical authority to Caversham®. In her advisory role, she leads our clinical engagement, working closely with our suppliers and customers to ensure our solutions consistently meet the highest standards of excellence.
